Although all things, including my own body displayed directly to my senses as being inherently or actually existing in reality my body and all things are not, or are empty of true existence. My body, like everything else, is a mere appearance in the mind, as a body seen in dreams.
Like a body seen in a dream, my body is a mere appearance of the separate existence of mind without the mind, a mere projection of the mind no existence outside the mind, a mere appearances to mind that is totally dependent of mind for their existence.
Question: But why should we believe, or rather, what There is evidence to believe that things have no real existence - rather than simply admit that there really as they appear to the senses?

Fundamentals of emptiness (v) - Repetition Counting
So, having considered carefully the meaning of inherent existence, or real existence, I now think:
Although all things, as the world and these threatening shadows appear directly to my senses as being inherently or truly existing (independent of mind), in reality all things are not, or are empty of true existence. All things are mere appearances to mind, as things seen in dreams.
Like something seen in a dream this world and these threatening shadows are mere appearances to mind, no separate existence of the mind are mere projections of the mind that do not exist outside the mind, mere appearances to mind, they totally depend for their existence mind .

prostrations
During the month of February 1275 I could have full prostrations. Accumulated second account: 1,275 + 28,065 = 29,340 . In total, therefore, 129,340. Offering a hundred thousand prostrations to the Buddhas and Holy Ones is a rough guide to the effective practice of Tantric Mahamudra, the quick path to liberation and enlightenment.

Apply Now 'gathering at fault'
Thinking: If I'm hurt by offensive words, is the lack of self-cherishing mind - that instinctively, and mistakenly believed that the self is supremely important and precious. If I have the self-cherishing mind, I can not be hurt by offensive words.
Also: If I wake up at night worried about the danger of nuclear catastrophe or a dramatic overall degradation of living conditions is the lack of self-cherishing mind - who believes instinctively, and wrongly that the self is very important and precious. Without the self-cherishing mind, I can not feel fear .
In both cases I conclude: Having successfully identified the self-cherishing as the real source of my problem, I decide to eradicate the poison mind my mental continuum.
Bodhisattvas, who have completely eradicated its own estimation of continuous mental, not afraid of anything. Thus says the Dharma. Alternatively, in both cases I can apply the 'train of thought' (see previous entries), which is also about 'getting together to blame. " But instead of gathering all the blame on the self-esteem, as explained in the Sutra, here would be to gather all the blame on the ordinary conception is explained in the Tantra.
